This month’s Employee Spotlight features a loyal BDSer of over 6 years, Timothy H.! Timothy is currently a Motorola Channel Lead, whose main responsibilities include building relationships across Northern California and wherever his assistance is needed. He also implements campaigns to help drive the sale of products. Read on to find out more about Timothy and his life at BDS!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for BDS?

A: I would have to say the flexibility and the family environment.

Q: What is your favorite band? How long has this been your favorite?

A: GUCCI is definitely my favorite brand, and it’s been my favorite ever since I bought my first belt when I was 18. It also kind of rolls with my last name: Hara-guchi.

Q: If an Executive came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for him?

A: Well… this will probably never happen and my household doesn’t cook, so we are going out for dinner and that’s that.

Q: Do you have a hobby?

A: I love collecting things that I find fun from sports cards to Jordan’s. I have a unique collection of a lot of random items. Otherwise, I love Japanese Anime and as a fun fact, watching anime is the reason why I’m still fluent in Japanese.

Q: Where did you grow up?

A: I’ve been a Bay Area person all my life, mainly in Richmond, CA. I moved up to Lincoln, CA for a couple years but there was no place like home so I came back to Richmond!

Q: Free trip or money?

A: Definitely money. Why? Because you can go to Vegas and put it all on black and double it…. Then put it all on black and quadruple the dollars! Go big, win big, and go home!
